Passengers on the airline’s flights on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2011 handed us positive feedback on everything from our modern planes and competitive prices to our comfortable seats and the quality of the food on board.
Pham Huu Cung, a passenger on our first flight from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, said “I am very lucky because I purchased a promotion ticket for just VND 100,000 and I’m also glad to be on one of first VietJetAir flights. Although there are a lot of people today, the staff have carried out procedures quickly and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful.” Cung added the VietJetAir plane was new and its seats were comfortable.

Meanwhile, photographer Tran Dang Khoa, a passenger on the December 24 flight to Hanoi, said: “I have travelled on many different routes and I’ve used different airlines as well as buying many types of tickets including standard, high class and low-cost fares. My main concern is that my flights will not be delayed and take off punctually and VietJetAir’s flights have been on time.
“In addition, the Jet Café and the Sky Shop offer plenty of choice, the meals suit my tastes and the prices are reasonable.”

VietJetAir’s tickets so hot

Many VietJetAir tickets for Tet have already been snapped up with flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi from January 16–22 all totally booked. VietJetAir is currently flying between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi twice a day. As of January 10, we will offer 3 round trips every day.

A VietJetAir commercial representative said: “Along with professional personnel and modern technology and aircraft, we guarantee that we will offer the best services to customers during the busy Tet holiday. But with so many people travelling you should get to the airport 90 minutes before departure and make sure you don’t forget your travel documents including ID cards and/or passports”.
Customers should also beware of ticket brokers trying to make profits during the busy Tet season and only purchase official tickets online at www.vietjetair.com or at authorized VietJetAir ticket outlets.
