1. Content:
All passengers flying VietJetAir with three one-way “Eco” and/or “Flexi” fare tickets for period 1 May, 2012 – 31 May, 2012 will be eligible for a special free of charge (FOC) ticket on the same route. The FOC tickets can be then used in the period 5 September, 2012 - 31 October, 2012.
2. Travel time:
- From 1 May, 2012 to 31 May, 2012
3. Route:
- Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi and vice versa
4. Terms & conditions:
- Passengers fly VietJetAir with three one-way “Eco” and/or “Flexi” fare tickets for period 1 May, 2012 – 31 May, 2012
- Route: Ho Chi Minh City Hanoi and vice versa
- Eco” and/or “Flexi” fare tickets
5. Usage of FOC tickets:
- Travel time: 5 September, 2012 – 31 October, 2012
- Name change: Not allowed
- Change in flight time: Allowed (if it is still within the required travel time)
- Luggage weight allowed: 20kgs
- Ticket holders are charged for airport fee and payment fee
- Booking time: minimal 10 days before expected flight date
6. Method of FOC ticket registration:
- Passengers keep boarding passes of the three flights they have made
- Fill in the FOC ticket granted registration form and email the form to foc@vietjetair.com. The form can be downloaded here, or by clicking here, or available at VietJetAir ticket offices.
- VietJetAir will confirm your registration in 05 working days
- Required formalities for registration: + Identification card + Three boarding passes (main copies) + FOC ticket granted registration form (only applicable for those filling in hard copies at ticket offices)
- Venues:
- VietJetAir’s ticket office in Ho Chi Minh City: 8 Bis, Cong truong Quoc te, District 3
- VietJetAir’s ticket office in Hanoi: 32 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District
7. Deadline for registration:
- 20 June, 2012 at the latest. No excuses for late presence.

Passengers from 2 to under 12 years old (as of the date of departure) is called the child, the child seat must be purchased separately and adult fares. A (01) adults are taking the same (01) children.

When filling in at the airport, children need a birth certificate or passport (for international travel). VIETJET may refuse transportation to the lack of documentation on the case.

Infant:
